Piste 80 Carnia Abfahrt
This descent brings you in 7.6 kilometers back to the valley in Tropolach, on the way, but also in the valley, you can end your day in one of the après-ski bars.
Piste 75 Trogkofelabfahrt
Below the Trogkofel is the steepest descent of the area with a difference in altitude of 600 meters.

Skiing in Austria near Italy
The Nassfeld ski area has 30 ski lifts, modern snow cannons and 110 kilometers of ski slopes, making it one of the most snow-sure and attractive ski areas in Austria and the largest ski area in Carinthia.
There is plenty of challenge for both the beginner and advanced skier, there is a world cup descent and what about the Carnia Run with a length of 7.6 kilometers or helicopter skiing under supervision. You will find lots of things to do!
At the bottom of the valley you step into the Millennium Express, the longest gondola in Austria. This gondola takes you to the Tressdorfer Alm (one of the middle stations of the Millennium Express). Here is the Ski practice area where you as a novice skier or snowboarder can feel the snow under your skis.
Wintersport at Nassfeld
In addition to the various possibilities for skiing and/or snowboarding, Skiarena Nassfeld also has 80 kilometers of groomed cross-country trails and a large number of prepared hiking trails. In the village of Rattendorf, at 900 meters from the ski lift, there is an ice skating rink for the children and also skating or walking on the nearby Weissensee is possible.

Nassfeld is a very family-friendly ski area. Children are encouraged to come skiing. In addition, there is a floodlight slope, the longest of the Alps with 2.2 kilometers. Several ski schools offer their lessons, the possibilities for ski/snowboard rental are amply present. And if you do not want to take your material to your accommodation, it is possible to place it in the depot at the ski lift (against payment).
